A Bit About Sarah

Sarah Rose is an experienced family law attorney with more than 15 years of dedicated practice helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important legal matters. As an attorney with Neal Peters Law, Sarah provides compassionate, strategic, and results-driven representation in a wide range of family law matters.

Sarah's family law practice includes divorce, complex property division, conservatorship disputes, premarital and postnuptial agreements, modifications, enforcement actions. She understands that every family is unique and works closely with clients to develop practical solutions tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.

Sarah is frequently appointed as a ad litem or amicus in custody and guardianship cases, advocating for children, parental rights, and those who cannot fully represent their own interests.

In addition to her litigation practice, Sarah is a Certified Mediator and serves as both a Parenting Coordinator and Parenting Facilitator. Her extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution allows her to help families reduce conflict, improve communication, and reach lasting resolutions whenever possible.

Sarah has extensive experience representing clients throughout North Texas, including Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties. Her knowledge of local courts, procedures, and judicial expectations provides valuable insight for clients facing family law disputes in these jurisdictions. Sarah has also been successful on numerous cases at the Courts of Appeals.

In addition to family law, Sarah assists clients with estate planning matters, helping individuals and families protect their assets and prepare for the future through wills, powers of attorney, directives, and other essential planning documents.
